WHY I DO MUSHROOMS!
You would expect me to be super against mushrooms wouldn’t you? Nope I like them. Only in a supplement form though. Mushrooms in essence are a fungus. A natural occurring fungus in nature. You can find certain edible mushrooms simply by going on a hike.
Mushrooms you eat say on a pizza (Yuck) are quite good for your health. However over the last few years I’ve been introduced to 2 types of mushrooms that have not only made a significant impact in my life but also helped many others around the world.
Mushroom supplementation can be dated back centuries and is commonly used in Chinese medicine. It’s used primarily as a holistic approach and due to that, it has not been widely accepted in western culture. However once you take your sights off big pharma and look to these natural holistic methods a new world of health and wellness can open up to you.

There is nothing wrong with either. I encourage both because we know either is better than sitting on your ass. But there are fundamental differences between someone who trains and someone who exercises.

Everyone gets hurt. Our bodies despite how miraculous are a very poor functional design. It's a vulnerable and is pretty much what keeps medical professionals in business.
Im sure many of you reading this have experienced a setback when it comes to your body and the pain and suffering that comes along with it.
