For your first class, don’t worry about bringing equipment if you don’t already have it. We’ve got you covered. Just bring your focus and anything else you need to move freely and train comfortably. For example:

• Athletic clothes

• Water bottle

• Towel

Mouth guard

Please keep in mind, openings are limited to keep class sizes manageable and give every athlete the best possible training experience — especially you!
